Is this a chair cylinder issue?
Check this box if the chair is not adjusting properly, drops while seated, will not stay at height, or appears to be leaking.
Is this an arm pad issue?
Check this box if the arm pads are cracking or coming apart. Arm pads are covered for 90 days from delivery. After that, coverage applies only to Haworth Zody chairs.
