National Office Interiors and Liquidators was established in 2007, but we have a long history dating back to the early 1980’s in the furniture field! Beginning in Phoenix, Arizona the business has steadily grown and as of 2015 established new stores in Chicago, Illinois – Tustin, California – Dallas and Houston, Texas – Norcross, Georgia. New stores are expected to be added as the company expands. Although we deliver throughout the United States and parts of Canada, these extra locations allow our customers the opportunity to view our products up close and get the personal attention they deserve. Our sales staff is trained to recognize and help uncover what a company’s needs may be and help their customers to make the wisest choices to meet their needs and budget.

Our low prices are what really set us apart from many other retailers. We offer such low prices because our buyers are so knowledgeable about the products, and have a keen eye to spot the treasures our clientele wants. They have the expertise and experience to find the best in pre-owned office furnishings from brand name manufacturers like Herman Miller, Steelcase, Haworth, Paoli, Teknion, Allsteel, Knoll, Hon and many others. Our buyers do not purchase everything, they are very selective and look for large quantity, brand name high quality goods. We believe we have the best pricing across the US and that is why we are confident when you do an apples and quantity comparison we will not be beat. If you find the same product for less with the same quantity as you’d like to order and show us, we will beat it!
If we think it’s great, usually our customers will too. We avoid buying items in rough condition – if we don’t like it, we know you won’t either. Purchasing in large quantity is a plus not only for companies wishing to buy many pieces at one time like 1,500 chairs for their call center, but because it also allows our customer to obtain matching items usually with a warranty at an amazing rate. This helps us offer you the lowest prices possible.
We don’t just send newly acquired product right back out the door. Our reconditioned products are checked to make sure they are in good working order with limited signs of wear. What you purchase is presented to you only after it has been cleaned and/or touched up to look as new as possible.
The majority of the photos shown on our website were taken of the actual product in house by our photographer. Our goal is to represent the product accurately which is why we take the time to photograph each piece from many angles. Regarding color, every monitor and/or screen displays color differently. The majority of our photos are color balanced prior to uploading, but that will not prevent the end user’s device from not showing the color accurately. We recommend that you view the photos and color swatches on various screens if color is a major factor, or visit one of our showrooms. We suggest you make an appointment with the location if you would like to see specific items because some products are only available online.

Stop by to browse a local store if you’re open to ideas, but if you’re looking for a specific piece, please call the store and schedule a viewing appointment, so we can do our best to have it available on the showroom floor.
Not having a store location near you isn’t a problem either. We love doing business person-to-person, but if that is not possible, we have other options available. You can view our items online and/or let us know your needs over the phone. In the off chance that we don’t have what you want, we strive to find you the piece, or offer you other options that will solve your office needs.
