This pre-owned club chair is upholstered in a blue patterned woven fabric, sitting on four short silver finished wood block legs. The pattern is a fine multicolor weave shot through with rust, gold and cream threads over a blue ground, so it reads as a solid blue from across a room and only shows the flecks up close. That is a practical property in a heavily used lounge chair, because a woven multicolor hides marks and everyday soiling far better than a flat solid ever will. The back and arms are upholstered as one continuous piece with a welt cord following the top edge, and the seat is a separate loose cushion.
