This pre-owned Steelcase pedestal has a light gray steel case with a matching gray fabric cushion fixed to the top, bright chrome bar pulls on both drawer faces, and a keyed lock in the upper drawer. The chrome hardware is the detail that dates it to a nicer specification level than the basic finger pull version, and it gives the piece a cleaner, more finished look when it is sitting out beside a desk rather than hidden underneath one. The configuration is box file: a shallow upper drawer for supplies and a deep lower drawer for hanging folders. It rolls on four casters.
