Steelcase Think V2 Used Mesh Back Task Chair, Graphite
The Steelcase Think is one of the most widely specified ergonomic task chairs in the world, and the second generation refined it into something close to a default choice for corporate floors. Steelcase built the chair around a simple idea: the chair should read the sitter rather than the other way around. Most of the adjustment happens automatically through the weight activated mechanism, and the handful of controls that remain are the ones people actually use. That makes Think a strong fit for offices where chairs move between people, including open plan floors, hot desks, call centers, and shared project rooms.
This pre-owned Think V2 has a light gray mesh back, a graphite gray fabric seat, and a black frame on a black five star base with casters. The back is the signature Think profile, a slim mesh panel carried on a flexible spine so the whole surface bends with the sitter, and the fully adjustable arms move up and down, in and out, forward and back, and pivot at the pad.
The engineering under the seat is what earns the Think its reputation. The weight activated recline reads body mass and sets recline resistance without anyone touching a dial, so the chair is roughly correct for whoever sits in it from the first minute.
