A blue Sidewalk lounge chair with a built in tablet brings a lounge seat and a small work surface together in one mobile piece. Coalesse, the design brand of Steelcase, created the Sidewalk collection as portable, lightly scaled seating that turns a workspace into a social space. Put it in a library, a student commons, a training room, a reception area or a team lounge where people read, take notes and meet informally.
This pre-owned chair is covered in a medium blue woven fabric with a fine, pebbled texture. The frame is square and tailored, with flat topped arms, a deep boxed seat and a softly angled back that carries a horizontal tuck. A round white laminate tablet with a dark edge band pivots from the top of one arm, and the opposite arm top holds a second metal pivot fitting. The chair rides on four metal legs with twin wheel casters, and the back legs sweep rearward.
