Haworth developed the Zody with human performance researchers instead of treating ergonomics as an afterthought, so even the simplified conference build supports posture properly through a long meeting. This pre-owned Zody Classic conference chair pairs a light gray mesh back with a black upholstered seat on a black frame and rolling five star base. The arms are fixed height, which is what keeps a conference room looking orderly, since every chair around the table sits at exactly the same profile. The gray mesh keeps the chair visually light in rooms that can otherwise feel dominated by dark furniture.
This is the conference specification, so it is deliberately simpler than the full task version. It keeps the Zody’s shaped back and core adjustments without the lumbar and arm controls a person would want at a desk all day, which is the right trade for a chair used for an hour at a time.
