National Office Liquidators (NOL) warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below: 

The NOL name brand chair warranty below only covers items from nolstore.com that are listed as being under the NOL warranty. Brands include pre-owned USA chairs by 9 to 5 Seating, Allsteel, Cabot, Encore, Global, Haworth, HBF, Herman Miller, Hon, Humanscale, Keilhauer, KI, Kimball, Knoll, Neutral, Office Master, RFM, SitOnIt, Steelcase, Stylex, Teknion, United, Via Terra, and Zodiac to name a few. See invoice for specific details.

NOL, as defined below, warrants the above branded pre-owned chairs from nolstore.com on component parts including cylinder, mechanism, base, and caster under normal use for a period of (5) five years from the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser ("Warranty Period"). 

All warranties are limited to the original purchaser for normal commercial usage defined as a standard forty hours week by persons weighing 250 lbs or less unless otherwise noted in the product description (i.e. Leap Plus or Aeron size C). This warranty does not cover labor, freight or damages caused by neglect, abuse, misuse, alternations or damage caused during shipment or by fire, flood or other natural disaster.

If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option, NOL will either (1) repair the hardware defect at no charge, using new or refurbished parts, or (2) exchange the product with a pre-owned product that has been manufactured from serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the product if claim is made up to THIRTY (30) DAYS from original date of purchase. 

NOL may request that you replace defective parts with refurbished user-installable parts that NOL provides in fulfillment of its warranty obligation. A replacement product or part, including a user-installable part that has been installed in accordance with instructions provided by NOL, assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or SIXTY (60) DAYS from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes NOL’s property. Parts provided by NOL in fulfillment of its warranty obligation must be used in products for which warranty service is claimed. Any defective hardware piece must be received back into warehouse before ANY replacement or refund will be issued. 

This Warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of parts and/or components and applies only under conditions of normal use. Chairs are not to be used for standing upon, arms should not be sat on or used as standing support, nor must the weight loading capacity be exceeded. Any damage to castors or gas lifts due to abuse or misuse will invalidate the warranty. Arm pads are warrantied for 90 days from the original received date.

This Limited Warranty does not cover: 1) fabric or mesh; 2) defects caused by improper assembly or dis-assembly; 3) defects occurring after purchase due to product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or exposure to the elements; 4) cosmetic damage, 5) labor or assembly costs, 6) damage caused by a carrier or transportation of the product from one location to another, and 7) daily usage in excess of a single work shift. 

Except as provided herein, NOL makes no other express or implied warranties, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. NOL is limited in its duty and shall have no liability or responsibility to the purchaser or any other person or entity with respect to any liability, loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by use of the product, including, but not limited to, any incidental or consequential damages. The warranty service we provide will only extend to our continental U.S customers (Continental U.S. does not include Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, or Hawaii). If you have forwarded the merchandise outside the Continental U.S. the warranty will be void. NOL uses 7-10 business day shipping with FedEx, UPS Ground or semi-truck freight. Delivery across continental U.S. only. (Continental U.S. does not include Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, or Hawaii.)
