Global Roma Used Nesting Chair, Black
The Global Roma is a mesh back nesting chair built for rooms that have to change shape on short notice. Global Furniture Group has produced the Roma line for training rooms, conference spaces, classrooms and multipurpose areas where seating gets set up, torn down and stored again on a regular basis. The flip seat and horizontal nesting action are what set this chair apart from an ordinary stack chair, because a row of Roma chairs rolls together into a fraction of the floor space and no one has to lift anything to make it happen.
This pre-owned Roma has a black mesh medium back, a black patterned fabric seat and a black powder coated steel frame. The seat flips up automatically when you stand, and the four leg frame rides on casters so chairs nest front to back without being carried. Fixed cantilever arms mount to the back frame and reach forward under a molded black arm cap, leaving the space between the arm and the seat open. The mesh panel is stretched across a contoured back frame that curves to follow the spine.
The Roma is a genuinely comfortable chair for the length of a training session or an all day workshop. The breathable mesh back keeps air moving against your back instead of trapping heat the way a fully upholstered back does, and the waterfall front edge on the seat takes pressure off the back of the legs.
