ron-fosterMeet Ron Foster, Dallas Showroom Manager

What brought you to NOL?

I was looking for a position with a company that gave me the best opportunity to contribute to the company’s growth and success.

What are you responsible for in the company?

There are many day-to-day duties that I perform. At its core, I am responsible for the successful implementation of plans and strategies that lead to the overall success of the unit that I operate, through positive contribution to the bottom line profitability.

How do you measure success?

My management style could be described as consultative or developmental. I believe that business leaders should always try to assist their teams in being successful. Whether that is through providing training and guidance, progressive disciplinary action, or assisting in closing the sale. Success for me comes from my team reaching their personal goals, and in helping the organization to grow.

The softer side of Ron.

On a personal level, I enjoy fishing, camping, video games, and grilling. Also, I consider myself to be a technology enthusiast, in that I like all sorts of electronics and building computers.
