What brought you to NOIL?
I joined the NOIL team in September 2014 with over 25 years of warehouse management experience. I was attracted to National Office Interiors & Liquidators because of the professional management team. I want to help grow with the company as we expand to new locations. We have a unique business model, we offer our customers a budget friendly option for quality new and used office furniture. I consider it an opportunity to be a part of something bigger than me, something that makes a difference in every community.

What are you responsible for in the company?
My main focus is to ensure product is received and shipped in a timely manner using the most efficient way possible. Communication is important and we’re working to make that a big part of the warehouse,  as well as, a safe and rewarding work environment for our NOIL staff. We thrive to deliver a product that will exceed our customer's expectations. My motto: Under promise and over deliver.

How do you measure your success at NOIL?
Success for me is knowing that the customer is happy with their purchase and the services we provided. A good indication is when a customer continually returns and/or recommends us to someone else.

The softer side of Ed.
I am a family man with three great kids and one beautiful granddaughter. I love spending time with them and having barbeques. I’d say a lifelong passion of mine is traveling to any place on the open road that my motorcycle will take me. It’s an adventure that never gets old. I’m always looking for the next best ride, best barbeque, and new people I meet along the way.
